Our Statement of Ethics

Pete is a consultant to a select number of agencies in creative, integration and management issues across the U.S. and Europe.

Prior to A-Team Advisors, Pete was the co-founder of advertising agency, Allen & Gerritsen. He helped guide the agency from start-up to the largest independent agency in New England, with over 100 people and $100 million in billings. Securing a reputation as a leader in Technology, B2B, and Consumer marketing. The agency's Advertising, Design, and Interactive work had been recognized with numerous awards, during his years as the creative group leader. Pete was also responsible for creating and managing Allen & Gerritsen's Global Services, combining the right internal resources and external alliances in many markets throughout the world. After 17 years with A&G, he retired from the agency in June of 2002.

Pete is past Chairman of the New England Council Board of Governors for the American Association of Advertising Agencies (AAAA). And is the author of a book on International Advertising, published by the 4As.

Along with his consulting work, Pete is also Global President of TAAN (Transworld Advertising Agency Network), a global association of independent agencies, with 48 members around the world.
