Our Statement
of Ethics

A-Team Advertising Advisors, as consultants serving the advertiser and advertising agency communities, feel it is imperative to establish the set of standards by which we operate our business. We commit ourselves to govern our practice by these ethical and performance guidelines.

A-Team Advertising Advisors is founded on two premises:

  • First, that we will offer the broadest range of best-in-class consulting services to the advertiser, agency, and marketing services communities.
  • Second, that we will hold ourselves to a set of ethical standards. And those standards will guide us to offer the right, the competent, the cost effective and the best possible solution to every client.

Ten ethical standards to which A-Team will hold ourselves, and anyone with whom we affiliate:

  1. We will only accept assignments for which we can deliver a better or best-practices solution. We will not accept an assignment for which we are conflicted, or could appear conflicted. If offered an assignment that is out of the range of our expertise, we will recommend a best-in-class consultant who can deliver on the assignment.
  2. We will be thoughtful, deliberate in our work and our processes, but we will not overstay our welcome. We are senior people with industry expertise, our clients will engage us for that very expertise, and we will bring that to bear on the timely solutions we deliver.
  3. We will work quickly and effectively, and will provide our clients with expedient answers. But we will never recommend the expedient rather than best solution.
  4. We will be smart, we will be forward-thinking, we will offer creative and innovative solutions. We will not be innovative solely for the sake of innovation. If there is a tested and proven answer and it is the right answer, we will deliver that answer.
  5. We will deliver short-term solutions, but always with the long-term perspective in mind.
  6. We will work to deliver state-of-the-art solutions by committing to staying abreast of our market and ahead of its thinking. So that our clients can benefit from our foresight.
  7. We will work to teach our clients best practices and to deliver best practices solutions. When a best practices solution does not exist, we will strive to create a new best-practices paradigm.
  8. We will judge ourselves, and our success, by our clients' satisfaction. We will judge our clients' satisfaction by their willingness to recommend us to others and to work with us again. Our success will be the result of our helping our clients to grow their businesses, and we will work to create relationships of mutual respect and benefit.
  9. We will seek to continually expand our service-offering to include those that are most needed and can most benefit marketers and agencies. We will seek to employ and/or affiliate with only those like-minded consultants and advisors whose expertise, reputation, and work ethic adhere to our consulting standards.
  10. We will remember why we came to this industry -- to do good work, to make a contribution, and to enjoy the process. We will seek to share that attitude with our clients and associates.

A-Team will adhere to these standards as it seeks to maintain a higher level of performance. We will strive to be the leader in providing advice to advertisers and advertising/marketing services agencies.
